HOW TO WAKE UP EARLY IN THE MORNING

 

_ Waking up early in the morning has a lot of benefits. It is the thing that all successful people do because it can give you all the time you need to do and achieve more. And you are going to feel more energetic throughout the day. It is basically going to change your whole life into a better one, and I promise you will love it.

1- FIRST, YOU NEED TO HAVE A REASON:

Why do you want to wake early in the morning?.
Is it because you need to work more to achieve more? or is it because you need to work early so that you have time in the evening to chill and relax? or maybe you just need to have time to take care of yourself, like meditating or reading a book, or maybe learning something new because as a study showed that morning time is the perfect time for learning as your brain is still clean and relaxed before the stress of the day starts.

2-CLEANING UP BEFORE SLEEPING: 

Having a clean environment around you will motivate you more to wake up in the morning, which will give you the ability to wake up and do what you want immediately. But when you have a clean-up to do, there is a big chance that you will go back to sleep again as a way to run away.

7- DO SOMETHING IMPORTANT IN THE MORNING:

You need to achieve a goal or check something off your to-do list so that you feel that you did something worth waking up early instead of wasting your morning on unimportant things like watching TV or spending time on your phone. That will unmotivate you to wake up early the next morning, whereas doing something important will give you the feeling of achievement, this feeling will even motivate you to do more.

8- GIVE YOURSELF TIME TO RELAX:

Enjoy the early morning before the stress of the day starts. Take care of yourself and do something that you love, like drinking coffee or tea while breathing in the clean oxygen in the early hours of the day or working out because this can give you energy for the whole day and can put you in a good mood. You can also read and teach yourself something that can benefit you in your life. 10- TELL YOURSELF WHEN YOU WANT TO WAKE UP:
