Ingredients:
1 banana
1/2 avocado
1 cup fresh spinach leaves
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
1 small, chopped apple
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon peanut butter (or almond butter)
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (for sweetness)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any preferred milk)
Instructions:
Blend all the ingredients in a blender until they are smooth and creamy. If desired, you can add ice cubes for a cold smoothie. You can either blend the ice cubes with the smoothie or add them at the end.
