Ingredients:
1/2 head of lettuce, washed and chopped
1 chicken breast, grilled and sliced
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon dried mint
1/2 teaspoon green thyme
1 tablespoon olive oil

1-2 slices of whole wheat bread, toasted and cubed (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Chicken:
Season the chicken breast with salt, red pepper flakes, green thyme, and olive oil.
