HEALTHY, VEGAN COOKIES RECIPE: PEANUT BUTTER & CHOCOLATE CHIP OATMEAL COOKIES

PEANUT BUTTER & CHOCOLATE CHIP OATMEAL COOKIES:

 

Here is an easy way to make these healthy cookies to enjoy eating without feeling guilty. They are healthy and taste delicious at the same time.
You can make them for you to enjoy eating with coffee. Your family and kids will enjoy them too.

 

THE INGREDIENTS YOU NEED FOR THIS RECIPE:

 

– 1.5 Cups of Ground Oats (you can use a food processor to grind the regular oats).

– 2 Ripe Bananas.

– 1/2 TSP Vanilla Extract.

– 1/3 Cup Peanut Butter.

– 3 TBSP Dairy Free Dark Chocolate Chips.

– 2 TBSP Raisins ( or any dried fruit you prefer).

 

 

 

HOW TO MAKE THE COOKIES:

 

_ Preheat the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit

 

_ Use a large bowl to mash the bananas._ Add the vanilla extract and peanut butter to the mashed bananas.

_ Mix all together._ Then you add the dark chocolate chips, raisins, and oats.

_ Stir until it is all well combined.

_ Take small pieces and roll them into balls, then press them down to create a cookie shape.

_ Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

_ They are ready to go into the oven.

_ Bake for about 12 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown.

_ Let them cool completely. And then they are ready to be served.

_ They can be stored for a week in the fridge using an airtight container.
